My Choices

Main Picks
Prior to the selections being available, I read The Ex Hex, Harlem Shuffle, and Everything We Didn’t Say. So I chose the remaining two main picks – The Lincoln Highway and The Perishing. The Lincoln Highway is by Amor Towles, essentially making it an autobuy. The Perishing seems to be a book that I would not normally choose with its science fiction undertones; however, I am curious enough to give it a read.
Add-Ons
I have all three of the other books in the Practical Magic series from Book of the Month (BOTM). It was a no brainer to pick up The Book of Magic from BOTM also so that all my copies match. Not only do What Storm What Thunder and Sankofa sound like great books, I saw some advance buzz about them.
What books did you choose for your BOTM selections? Let me know in the comments!
